FRS Skillnet
The FRS Skillnet comprises a national network of co-ops and companies across Ireland mainly from the Agriculture Sector.
The focus of FRS Skillnet is to raise professional standards in our sector and to encourage diversification and innovation through training and networking with other companies.
At FRS Skillnet we aim to raise the professional standards in our sector, encourage diversification and innovation, and to develop a self-sustaining participant led network.
FRS Skillnet provides training for Board Members, Management, Administration, Accounts and Sales Staff. We also provide training in Language Skills and New Employee Orientation. The training is delivered through a mix of classroom and on the job activities or assignments.
We provide Training courses on Leadership, Strategic Planning, Personnel Policies & Procedures, Employment Law, Information Technology and Negotiating Skills to name but a few. Click here to view more details on courses
The FRS Skillnet is funded by member companies and the Training Networks Programme, an initiative of Skillnets Ltd. funded from the National Training Fund through the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
